Processing of your order typically requires 1 business day.

After the processing period, our Standard Delivery in the USA is 3-5 days and Priority Mail is 1-3 days. For International orders delivery times will vary by country. Please see our shipping policy for more information. 

WILL YOU REFUND ME FOR IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES?

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

MY DELIVERY IS TAKING A LONG TIME, HAS IT BEEN LOST?

We consider a shipped item to be lost or stolen only if it has not been delivered in 60 days since the shipping day. In that case we will either provide a full refund or send a free replacement.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

If you received a defective or faulty item, proof of the defected or faulty item must be given no later than 7 days after the delivery date by sending us the photos at help@limitlessgearsus.com. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?

We are very sorry if that happened! Of course we will provide you with a free shipping label and will send the correct item immediately.
